It offers fair prices. It's enjoyable base for visiting some must see attractions in Simcoe. I liked how very clean the room was. Besides, free WiFi is a bonus.
The breakfast we ordered was pricey, it could be much better.

We loved all the hotel offered: comfy beds and very amiable staff. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. It's walking distance to Tim Hortons, where you can have lunch. It deserves its 3 stars.

If you would like to visit eva brook donly museum, consider staying here. It is really close to the airport. Honestly no complains at all...
